Today is the 1st December which means most of you will have your Christmas tree up, Elf on the shelf has arrived and all of a sudden eating chocolate for breakfast seems OK. But how is your Christmas shopping going?
Unfortunately over the last couple of years we have seen a lot of small businesses suffer from Covid and so this year I will be supporting small businesses and Australian businesses when buying Christmas presents.
So here are some gift ideas from some of the Australian businesses you can support this year too.
Burleigh Wagon
Burleigh Wagon are famous for their stroller wagon. The ideal wagon for carting your children and everything you need for a day out at the beach, theme park, park or even shopping centre. Complete with ice chest, cup holders and removable bluetooth speaker.
More recently I also discovered that Burleigh Wagon also cater for the parents with their range of fun picnic wear including picnic basket, cheese board and knife sets and grazing tables. So if you are looking for something to make your beach trips a little easier then check our Burleigh Wagon.
Freddy and Co
I have a bit of a soft spot for these guys, working closely with them as their marketing manager but that isn't why I am promoting them here. Amanda and Matt are constantly working hard to source and test products that will help and support your baby and toddlers learn and grow in a safe environment. Everything they sell is tested by their family first. Freddy and Co started as a baby play mat company and have grown to now supplying a range of silicone toys, plates and bibs, including their most recent launch of the Road Trip play mat gather sack. Check them out here.
Savannah Candles
Savannah Candles is run by a beautiful Queensland Mum living in Adelaide with three beautiful young girls. Choose from a range of handcrafted soy candles including Summer Watermelon, Black Raspberry and Tutti Fruiti. This is my kind of present. Love Love Love a good smelling candle.
